Picture this: I spent years in a corporate maze, feeling like a square peg in a round hole. The nine-to-five grind was no longer my jam, and I yearned for that elusive "more" without knowing where to find it.

After navigating decades through the trenches of Silicon Valley as a Corporate Recruiter, I stumbled upon a passion for helping others make their career transitions smoother. But let me tell you, the corporate world, with its layoffs, toxic vibes, micromanagers, and oh-so-cramped cubicles, was not a walk in the park.

Having reinvented myself multiple times – from clinical chemistry to sales, recruiting, and professional coaching – I know the hurdles of change all too well.

The turning point? Picture me racing to an early morning meeting, going 70 mph on the freeway, when suddenly, my body decided to stage a protest. Anxiety attack, they said.

That wake-up call propelled me to hit the brakes on my old life.

Fast forward to today, and I am absolutely over the moon to share that I've emerged from the chaos, confusion, and messiness into a career and lifestyle that sets my soul on fire.

There's nothing quite like doing work that empowers me to be the best version of myself, showing up authentically, and choosing a path that aligns with my values.

I am a Certified Professional Coach with a Masters in Energy Leadership from International Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). 

I lived in 3 countries and moved 12 times by the age of 15. Resilience is a common practice for me. 

We are blind to our blind spots. Luckily I have a great coach who helps me uncover them. 

I live with my hubby Marty and our dog Roscoe. 

I live my life like I am forever 39 years old.
